Elder Liu Hock Choy is the Director of Operations in Covenant Evangelical Free Church (Covenant EFC). He serves in the Senior Pastor’s Office and oversees the operational functions of the church including Corporate Services, Media, Communications & Resources, Information Technology, Congregation Operations, Administration, Buildings & Facilities as well as Conferences & Events.

Prior to joining the staff team, Elder Hock Choy served actively in ministry and organisational roles and was the Chairman of the Church Board for 11 years. He comes with 30 years’ experience in both private and government sectors.

Elder Hock Choy holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Science in Software Engineering from Andrews University. He is married to Guoy Lee and together, they have three sons – Woon Yung, Woon Keong and Woon Kit.
