Job Responsibilities:
• Assist GA Manager in organizing conferences (both local and overseas).
• Liaise with host churches and conference organizers to prepare, collate and disseminate conference materials, advise on logistics set-up and hospitality.
• Format outlines and produce materials for Ps Ed and Ps Ann’s teaching, preaching and speaking engagements.
• Setup and host zoom meetings and online webinars.
• Catalogue, update, and manage archive and filing of GA videos, photos, PowerPoint slides, conference materials.
• Edit, format and disseminate Thought For Your Day e-newsletter on weekly basis.
• Liaise with vendors for transcripts, translations and subtitling work.
• Process documentation for payment of vendor services & products.
• Process claims and leave application.
• Assist in GA Special Projects.

Requirements:
• Minimum Degree holder with experience in Graphic Design or IT desired.
• At least 1 to 2 years relevant working experience.
• IT Literacy in Microsoft Office apps such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Exchange/Outlook, proficiency in Zoom and transcription apps.

Manage building maintenance and upgrading projects, as well as provide logistical support for church activities and events at Bukit Panjang Centre. If you have a diploma / degree in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Building Services/Estate Management and possess good interpersonal skills, be a part of our team.

This role is to manage all events at Bukit Panjang Centre and execute property-related duties such as building maintenance and improvement, room bookings (in conjunction with the Centre Administration Executive), logistic coordination, security controls, emergency response plan and door access control system.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Building Maintenance and Upgrading Projects
    • Carry out regular checks and inspection of facilities. Plan, organise and supervise handyman/cleaning supervisor on minor repairs, maintenance and repainting works and outsource to contractors for major or specialised repair works.
    • Review, evaluate and engage contractors and vendors for the general repairs, and regular maintenance of facilities and building services such as lift, fire alarm, electrical, plumbing, air con and mechanical ventilation systems, plumbing, CCTV and door access systems.
    • Look into areas of improvement of facilities. Work with contractors or interior designers for proposals and costing of improvement, refurbishment, and renovation works for Board approval and to implement these works upon approval.

  2. Events Management / Logistics / Cleaning
    • Work with lay leaders, Centre Administration Executive and Ministry Executives in coordinating and providing logistical support for all other ministries activities, services, functions and events requiring the use of facilities at Bukit Panjang Centre.
    • Work with cleaning/logistic company on the Sunday setup of facilities for worship services and other setups during the week as required.
    • Engage and monitor waste disposal services, pest control services landscape services.
    • Engage and supervise cleaning/logistics company for the daily and periodic cleaning and upkeep of building and facilities.
    • Carry out instructions as directed by Senior Pastor’s Office, Director of Operations or Building & Facilities (B&F) Manager pertaining to facilities, logistics setup and cleaning requirements at centre.

  3. Safety and Security
    • Review and operate CCTV systems and door access systems for incident reports.
    • Deploy as a Fire Safety Manager in the event of an emergency evacuation as part of emergency response team.
    • Review the safety and security protocols from time to time with B&F Manager.
    • Supervise the contracted security officers to ensure the safety of the property as well as the occupants of the building and visitors.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Building Services/Estate Management.
  • Fire Safety Manager certificate is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.

The Next Generation Ministry is looking for a team player with leadership skills and a shepherding heart to disciple the next generation. Lead a lay team in the weekly preaching of God’s Word, vibrant worship, culture-building and ministry projects such as camps, and witness the next generation grow in their knowledge of the Lord.

The Next Generation (TNG) ministries are committed to disciple our young ones to become vibrant young disciples who are excited about Jesus, gripped by the Word of God, filled with His Spirit, and daring to share Christ with others. They are young but passionate in building His Church. We want to see revival movement in our church and beyond!

Reporting to The Next Generation Director, this role is to lead Covenant EAST Preschool ministry (18 months to 6 years old).  This candidate executes TNG strategies, models the CEFC core values and leads the assigned ministry towards TNG mission in CEFC as an Intentional Disciplemaking Church.

  • Partner with parents to disciple our young ones to own their faith, live it out and pass it on.
  • Cast vision, lead and shepherd lay team of leaders and parents.

The key responsibilities include the following:

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead in Operational Processes
    • Support the administration needs of the Equip ministry, including but not limited to minute-taking, room booking, documenting plans, coordinating meetings, finance claims of Equip ministry.
    • Contribute actively to the discussion and planning of projects and programs of Equip ministry especially from an administrative/operations perspective.
    • Support the coordination of Equip projects and programs with other operational stakeholders.
    • Provide operational support needed for in-person, online or hybrid talks / workshops / classes / events run by Equip ministry.
    • Produce simple slides or handouts for Equip programs, classes.
    • Ensure the processes are streamlined and carried out efficiently and effectively. Ensure all operational processes are documented indicating considerations and rationale to how the final process was decided upon.
    • Understand ministry needs, review purpose of existing processes, evaluate for downtime and inefficiencies and propose improved processes to Ministry Staff/ Director.
  2. Mobilisation of Operational Resources
    • Mobilise the lay teams of the ministries (volunteer management) in various operational roles and responsibilities to support the smooth execution and coordination of the events.
    • Engage proactively with the Ministry, Operations staff and Lay team. Every touchpoint with ministry, operations and lay teams is ministry opportunity.
    • Understand the considerations of Operational processes of each Centre Administration, Facilities/Rooms booking, Finance and various administrative requirements and balance them with ministry needs.
  3. Ministries Operations Team Member
    • Seek actively for continuous improvement opportunities of operational processes in alignment with efficiency and effectiveness in ministry and across ministries as part of the team.
    • Identify and propose areas for process streamlining, standardization and documentation, in consultation with reporting supervisor.
    • Seek supervisory understanding and direction in proposing improved processes to ministries. When faced with challenges, engage supervisor in the process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree holder with at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact across various levels of staff and lay teams.
  • Keen problem-solver with proven experience in process management.
  • Excellent administrative skills with an eye for details.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet tight datelines.
