God’s Gospel Community

Introduction

God designs His Church, the Gospel Community to function in His way. 

There are two vital traits of God’s Gospel Community:

A. HONOUR THE LEADERS (vv.12–13a)

“…respect those who labour among you and are over you…esteem them very highly in love because of their work…”

 

B.  HELP ONE ANOTHER (v.13b-15)

“be at peace…admonish…encourage…help…be patient with them all…seek to do good to one another and to everyone.”

 

Conclusion

There’s nothing like the Church for good and for God.
